We have more than twenty years experience of building new houses, from ultra modern, state of the art builds to traditional cottages.
We like to work with our client from the planning stage right through to the final touches of building their new home.
Our aim is to provide a structured and stress-free project. We are happy to project manage the work, fully liaising with the architect if necessary, guiding you through the choices you have to make, suggesting ideas taken from our experience over the years.
We have erected houses using both traditional block, and stone face methods including the more popular route of using a timber frame skeleton.
We are happy to discuss options such as under floor heating, solar panels and alternative heating methods. Our plumber and electrician are very well versed with all the most modern technology.
We ensure compliance with all local council and where relevant National Park regulations.
