Andrew Smith BC Ltd have recently completed a split level detached dwelling in Milnthorpe which was constructed in cavity wall construction with a stone outer leaf and a natural stone roof. The windows were polyester powder coated aluminium. We were engaged to obtain planning permission, building regulations and provide an architects certificate. The quality and attention to detail can only be commended. Andrew was found to be very conscientious throughout the build and is able to undertake work without the need to be contacting ourselves on a regular basis asking for details.
